Weese Physiques LLC consists of working one on one with myself through online training. You will receive macro nutrient numbers, cardio circuits, and specific exercises week to week to help guide you to your goals. Initially, you will fill out my intake form, giving me as much information about yourself as possible. These questions have been specifically designed to help me get a read on your physiology, lifestyle, and you as a person. From there, I will formulate a specific plan to help you reach your goals by working with me (usually within 3-7 days of receiving your intake form). You will then receive an instruction packet, which includes everything from your macros, list of suggested foods to eat and buy, food scale recommendations, the cardio/training we will be using, lab work that I may request, meal timing, morning glucose tracking, supplement recommendations, water recommendations and more. Along with this will be the spreadsheet that we will be passing back and forth, which monitors your progress. This will have your current macros, training, and cardio to be done for the upcoming week. Your job will be to follow the plan to a T and return it to me once a week during your “check in” day. On that day, we will assess your progress, go over all your subjective feedback of how you are feeling, and assess how the body is operating. I will update the plan as needed to continue your path towards your goals. By hiring me, you are hiring a resource, and online trainer to oversee your progress and guide you to your goals. There is an abundance of information out there on fitness, nutrition, and weight loss. My goal is to help you skip through that frustration and have a valuable resource to make things easier and achieve the goals that you desire!
